Lodi, CA- An event so popular the WOW has to do it twice a year, the fun and inspiration of MakerFest returns to the World of Wonders Science Museum on Saturday, June 24th, from 10am-4pm. From K to gray, tinkerers and creators of all ages will revel in the engaging, hands-on opportunities provided by the WOW. At the heart of the WOW Science Museum is an ethos of DIY science, and no event better captures it than MakerFest. With spaces like the TinkerZone, Cardboard Creation Station, Deconstruction Junction, Artwork Alley, and Crafting Corner, plus activities like tinkercopters, squishy circuits, paper air rockets, and more, visitors are encouraged to experiment with materials and ideas to fully understand their abilities.
