The Plog Jog
The Plog Jog is a 5k charity run to raise money for environmental awareness and to provide a cleaner city. The participants will be provided with a trash bag and gloves, and as they run/ walk they also pick up garbage. This is called 'plogging' hence the name 'plog jog' . When the Participants are done jogging we will provide lunch after.

Fees/Admission
The participation fee will be $10 and 50% of those 10 dollars will go toward the NRDC which is the Natural Resource Defense Council. The other 50% will go towards covering the runner's shirt and the lunch afterward
