This month's topic is The Five Biggest Employment Law Mistakes- and How Businesses Can Avoid Them. Presenter Alexandra R. Poletti is an attorney with the law firm Snider, Diehl, Sloup & Rasmussen, LLP. Her employment practice includes counseling employers in all areas of employment law, including matters involving wage and hour laws, termination, discrimination, harassment, and employee handbooks, policies and procedures. Ms. Poletti is a member of the San Joaquin County Bar Association and the Labor and Employment Law Section of the California Lawyers Association. She received her B.B.A. in Finance from Radford University and her J.D. from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
