Nancy Gonzalez St. Clair has spent over twenty years inspiring young minds as an elementary school teacher in the Lodi Unified School District. Beyond teaching, Nancy leads as President of the AAUW Lodi chapter, advancing equity through education, advocacy, and scholarships. She also serves as Secretary of the San Joaquin Family Justice Center Foundation, supporting survivors and fostering spaces of healing. As Lodi’s inaugural Poet Laureate, she brings people together through workshops, readings, and events that celebrate diverse voices. Nancy advocates for educational opportunities through LULAC, working to build unity and expand access.She’s pursuing her Ed.D. at the University of the Pacific. As a teacher, scholar, leader, poet, and advocate—she stands as a force for education, equity, and community transformation.
