As a Thought Leader, I am continuously moving towards increased success in all my endeavors. Reaching the purpose set before me counts greater than any material advancement. I am a progressive and forward thinking individual who understands that the utilization of team work is the only true path to a successful life or organization.
Who I am as a Mentor or a Servant Leader is far less important than who the individual or organization is that I am working with and how others are served. I encourage my Team and my Clients to be open and honest and above all to be information seekers. To work each day with the zeal typically applied to the first day on the job and to trust their instincts, never be afraid and to share both ideas and concerns.
Much of my experience is hands on application of process planning and workflow management. I absolutely believe that all things remain possible so long as all attempts to succeed have not been tried.
