Elzo Williams Jr. has a career in IT, telecommunications, sales, and operations spanning several decades. He began in the 1990s at InReach Internet, selling dial-up services and assisting businesses with domain registration and web hosting. He later held Account Manager roles at Electric Lightwave and Integra Telecom, selling phone services, dedicated circuits, and co-location, followed by sales and operations leadership roles at Comcast, Nissan, and Tesla.

Beyond his professional career, Elzo is passionate about sustainable living and agriculture. He founded Harvester Farms, helping prevent the waste of more than 61,000 pounds of fresh produce, which was donated to food banks, homeless services, and community centers.

Married for over 27 years, Elzo is a proud father of four and grandfather. He enjoys gardening with his wife, playing guitar, and exploring beaches and waterfalls.
